Drive Technology

Combine ASi-5 and ASi-3 drive solutions in your applications to find the perfect solution for your requirements. Uncomplicated functions such as start/stop, left-right run, or open/close can be implemented in the simplest and most cost-effective way with ASi-3 modules. ASi-5 is the perfect solution for demanding applications. Our ASi-5 motor modules enable to efficiently control 24 V and 48 V motorized rollers – from brands such as Interroll, Itoh Denki and RULMECA, among others. As for frequency inverters, we offer solutions for SEW, Nord, Lenze, and Rockwell, for example.

Safety Solution for AGVs

Do you have unique requirements for your automated guided vehicle (AGV)? With our wide range of standard and safety technologies, we can implement your requirements quickly and easily. Our customized safety solution not only includes many safety criteria such as the integration of safety laser scanners, Emergency STOP buttons or the safe evaluation of positions and speeds. It also offers solutions for orientation, signaling and drive technology as well as support for AGV control. IIoT

With the powerful ASi-5 technology, you can implement the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) quickly and cost-effectively. ASi-5/ASi-3 gateways with integrated OPC UA server ensure strict separation of OT and IT. As an edge device, they simply transfer IIoT-relevant data to cloud-based databases. There, it can then be used as valuable information – e.g. for predictive maintenance or centralized real-time ERP inventory management.
