Safety Basic Monitor

For small applications with three or more safe signals, we offer the Safety Basic Monitor, a safe small control without gateway, but with configurable signal outputs. The ASi Safety Module is universally expandable and is also suitable as a head station for special safety applications. The Safety Basic Monitor offers – similar to our ASi Gateways – comprehensive diagnostic data that is available via EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP. For example, information on the status of the ASi master and the safety monitor can be easily transferred to the higher-level control.

Drive Technology

Combine ASi-5 and ASi-3 drive solutions in your applications to find the perfect solution for your requirements. Uncomplicated functions such as start/stop, left-right run, or open/close can be implemented in the simplest and most cost-effective way with ASi-3 modules. ASi-5 is the perfect solution for demanding applications. Our ASi-5 motor modules enable to efficiently control 24 V and 48 V motorized rollers – from brands such as Interroll, Itoh Denki and RULMECA, among others. As for frequency inverters, we offer solutions for SEW, Nord, Lenze, and Rockwell, for example.

ASi-5 Safety

With ASi-5 Safety, it is possible to use many safe and standard signals under just one address – and to solve complex safety applications more easily. ASi-5 Safety reduces machine costs, is compatible with all previous ASi devices, offers a higher data bandwidth and provides extended diagnostic options. Discover our modern ASi-5 Safety gateways and our input modules, each with 2 safe inputs each and up to 12 standard signals.

ASi-5

ASi-5 is a newly developed system for collecting signals in the field. It drastically reduces wiring complexity and cuts down on expensive installation time, as modules are connected without any need for plugs and sockets. Thanks to its high data bandwidth and short cycle times, ASi-5 also allows you to implement digitization at field level easily and cost-effectively. ASi-5/ASi-3 gateways with OPC UA server easily transfer IIoT-relevant data to cloud-based databases.
